Because we take care of the selling for you, there's not much you need to do, but we recognize you may have questions. Here are some of the questions we do get asked from time to time. Q: Is there a minimum value for items to sell?

A: Yes, $30. One of the first things we will do when you bring an item in is evaluate whether it can sell for at least $30 on eBay.

Q: Will you sell anything?

A: Every item will be researched to see if it will sell above the minimum $30 and if it complies with eBay’s policies. So, we won't sell your younger brother, who keeps borrowing the car without asking. But, we WILL sell the car!

Q: What sells?

A: Almost anything! If you're not sure if your item will sell, bring it in for a no-obligation review. Popular items include electronics, home appliances and collectibles.

Q: Why sell with Jus’ Sell It?

A: Because it's 1, 2, 3, easy! You don't have to hold a garage sale, run expensive advertisements in the paper, set up a web site, take care of shipping or spend any extra time to make some extra dollars. We take care of the headaches -- you just take care of cashing the check!

Q: How and when do I get the money?

A: Your items will be listed on the eBay auction site within 2-3 business days of bringing them to us. Your auction will run approximately 7-10 days with the highest bidder being notified as soon as the auction has ended. We collect the money, ship the item and mail you your check.

Q What do I have to do?

A: There are only three things that you need to do. (1) bring your items into Jus’ Sell It. (2) Walk out with your receipt. (3) Enjoy the money. We take care of the rest of it. It really is 1, 2, 3 easy!

Q: Do I leave my stuff with you?

A: Yes, once you bring it in to Jus’ Sell It, we will take it from there. We give you a receipt before you go, which gives you the information needed to monitor your actions, and we will send you your check when it's over.

Q: What if my item doesn’t sell?

A: Although it rarely happens, if your item doesn't sell initially, we will simply re-list the item for a second auction. (a small eBay fee will apply).

Q: How can I see how my item is doing?

A: When we list an item we will give you a contract number and a PIN. You can use those two items to log into your account at any time from the upper left corner of our web site and see how your items are doing in the auction along with other information.

Q: How do I know I’m getting the best price?

A: Although the selling price of an item may vary, a few eBay guidelines always apply:

1) Items with well researched descriptions and photos sell for more
2) The seller's ranking improves the price
3) The ability to respond promptly to questions about the item creates more bidders on your item.

Q: What is a referral program?

A: The Jus’ Sell it referral program allows you to get more money from your item by referring people to us while you have an active auction. We will give you an additional 2% off your fees for referring a customer that uses our service. You can refer up to 3 people and get 6% back per item!

Q: What condition do the items need to be in when brought in?

A: Of course the better condition an item is in the higher it may sell. However, if the item is in working order it may not matter to the buyer.

Q: Do I need to bring a photograph of my item?

A: No. We take care of that for you! It's 1, 2, 3, easy!

Q: What does it cost to use Jus' Sell It?

A: The cost of our services is taken from the final selling price for your item with no up front cost to you. We charge:

30% on the first $500
25% from $501-$2000
20% from $2001-$5000
15% from%5001-$8000
10% from $8001 to $10,000
8% from $10,001 up

eBay and PayPal expenses associated with your auction are also deducted from your sales as follows:
